How To Create Live Webcasiting Event?

In user's home page, there is a side menu called Create where you can select various live wedding products, such as Free Pack, Gold Pack, Platinum Pack. After selecting among these pack, you may need to enter additional information such as title, vanue, date and time of your event etc. then choose the appropriate payment gateway. Gold Pack and Platinum pack will be instantly created after user's payment processing done. Where as Free pack will be upon verification by the Admin.

1. PAYPAL payment gateway, for international users with paypal account.

2. CCAVENUE for international users using credit card or Internet Bank Transfer in USD and

3. EBS for indian customers using credit card and Internet Bank Transfer in INR.

How to Start Live Webcasting Event ?

In user's home page go to MY Purchases where you will find your live events, Click the live event which you had created. In the next screen you will be presented with a "Start Live Wedding" button. Click on that button and wait for 8 to 10 minutes, our servers need that time to start a High Quality live video webcast. In the next screen you will be presented your FMS URL and stream name as you have to enter in the Flash Media Encoder, This is unique for each live wedding event. Copy these FMS URL and stream name and paste it into Flash Media Encoder in their appropriate places. Checkout how to setup Adobe Flash Media Encoder here.

How to Download :

1. Copy and paste the above url in your browser.

2. Click on any one of the encoder from the list.

3. You may have to register at that site in order to download the encoder.

Install the downloaded encoder in your computer/laptop which will be used to webcast the live wedding event.

Before you start streaming via Flash Media Encoder, make sure Flash Media Encoder is added to the Firewall exception. To do so, on a PC, go Start menu > Control Panel > Windows Firewall > Click the Exceptions tab > Check if Flash Media Encoder is in the list. If not, Click Add Program, find it, and add it. Click OK.

If you are using a different Firewall use appropriate measures to add the firewall exception to Flash Media Encoder

Connecting Devices and giving FMS URL and Stream name in encoder

You can use a DV cam/Handy Cam/web cam or any other video camera with appropriate drivers and cables to live streaming. For higher quality streaming, use an external digital video camera. To do so, you need to connect the camera via a Firewire or USB cable. Turn on the camera and switch it to the Camera mode. Launch Flash Media Encoder on a PC. The left pane is input, and the right pane output. <>

1. Check video Check-box and make the following changes.

* Select your video device

* Change "format" to VP6

the Size, Bit rate and fps decide the quality of the video, remember a high quality video requires a large bandwidth both while encoding and while watching the video

* Choose a "Size" between 320x240 and 640x480

* Choose a "Bit Rate" of about 600 kbps

* Choose a "fps" between 15.00 and 30.00

Experiment with different Size, Bit rate and fps settings to get optimum video quality for your internet bandwidth
